Does anyone know the rate/ div yield on the pref equity used to fund Douglas' Refi? Interested to know what the cost is and how it could add to the interest bill.

Spoke with IR. The rate on the prefs is 2% (!) which is pretty low. Would have thought it higher tbh. ????
